I love being able to practically order any type of food from the Lake Nona area from the comfort of my bed! The drivers are always so polite and nice and the food is always warm even with a 40 mins delivery time, INCREDIBLE! Every lazy girl’s dream come true!!
We started using Nona’s Food Delivery during covid and they are hands down the best! The service is personable, they will respond to texts about your order and the service is quick, we’ve never received a cold meal. There is an added service fee but it’s worth it when compared to Uber eats or DoorDash.
Nona’s Delivery is the best food delivery in the Lake Nona area!! Possibly all of central Orlando!! Every time I order through them everything is so easy and now they have an App to make it even easier. The list of restaurants they deliver from is growing all the time. They deliver from the restaurants that the other delivery services won’t even go near!! I don’t drive so I love them AND they deliver from Starbucks. I can finally have my Venti Iced Mocha whenever I want it again!! They keep you involved in the whole process so there are no surprises, prices are the lowest, deliveries are on time or early, the food is ALWAYS hot, they let you pre-order if the restaurant you want hasn’t opened yet, the drivers are really great and personable!! You can’t beat that anywhere or with anyone else. When was the last time your driver with someone else was smiling, friendly, they speak to you by name when they give you your food?? NEVER!! Once you use them, you’ll never go to another delivery service again!! Definitely a must use!!
The customer service is unmatched. Hands down. Each driver is fast, efficient and extremely pleasing to deal with. Silvia, the owner, is always out there on the front lines alongside her drivers making sure Lake Nona is getting the best delivery service possible. Because of this they’ll always be my 1 and only delivery service. Not to mention they always have a great promotion going on!
